The Carriage RoomA rescued rail car donated by Queensland Rail several years ago forms our Carriage Exhibition Room. This railway carriage is now our largest gallery space and popular for solo and group exhibitions. The Carriage Room is a unique venue for artists to showcase their work. Each exhibition runs for four weeks and can include a formal opening, offering great exposure in a welcoming community setting.

The Banana ShedThe Banana Shed offers a charming and intimate space, perfect for smaller exhibitions. Once used to store bananas before they were transported by rail, the shed carries a rich local history—linking back to the days when nearby Gympie was Australia’s largest banana-growing region. Today, this unique space provides a welcoming setting for 2D exhibitions, giving artists the chance to showcase their work in a place full of character and story.

HIRING FEES AND COMMISSION
Hire fees are $150 for members within 50 km, or $250 for artists outside the area.
Exhibitors are required to be a member of the gallery. The Gallery’s commission on sales is 30%.

The Signal Room

If you are not ready to have your own exhibition, become a member and submit a piece to be displayed with other members in the Signal Room.
The Signal Room is the main gallery for 2D art by our members. The members exhibition is changed over every two months, so there's always something new to see at the gallery. The Signal Room also features a 3D Artist of the Month. |
